These terms apply when you use teescrushstudio.com or buy from TeesCrush Studio. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Every item is printed to order. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but colors can look slightly different on screens and in print, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order products.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable or we suspect fraud. If that happens, you will receive a full refund.

Our Shipping & Returns page explains production times, delivery and what to do if something is wrong with your order. It is part of these terms.

Designs and content

All designs, images and text on this site belong to TeesCrush Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written consent.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TeesCrush Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
